Deliveries
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Unless otherwise agreed we may deliver by instalments. Should the Customer request for the delivery to be by instalments a further agreed carriage charge will be applicable. Failure by the Customer to pay for any instalment or delivery when due shall entitle us to withhold further deliveries and the Customer shall be liable for any costs incurred by the Supplier relating to such Goods which the Supplier is then entitled to withhold. Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customer's address and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Zone 1:
UK Mainland Only
UK Standard - 2-3 days, = £ 3.00 letter post & tracked
UK Express - Next working day = £ 7.00 Parcel Force 24hr
Zone 2:
UK Offshore & EU (excluding Cyprus, Greece, Canary Islands & Malta = Zone 3)
EU Small Parcel - up to 1kg = £5.00 letter post
EU Large Parcel - over 1kg = £18.00 Parcel Force Euro 48
Zone 3:
Rest of the World (including Switzerland & Norway)

Parcel Tracking:
Every delivery will be given a unique consignment number which will automatically be linked within your Order Tracking page. We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force and you can track your parcel via the link to their website. Cancellations & Returns:
Orders may be cancelled before 3pm on the same day of placing the order. If the order is placed after 3pm you have until 3pm the following day.
If the order has been dispatched and you wish to return any item there may be a 10% restocking fee. All items returned must be in the original packaging and perfect condition. Any items which are returned damaged (other than transit damage which has previously been notified) will incur a 30% charge.
