How do I get hold of you with urgent or technical enquiries?

What happens if I don’t like the items or they do not fit?
If you send the item back to us you can either exchange the item or have a full refund (see T&C link to items no longer required and refunds). The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt and be in the same condition as when it was received. We process returns and refunds within 3-5 working days.
Why is this product in the website or brochure if you are completely sold out?
We will always attempt to inform you if a product is out of of stock for whatever reason. We anticipate the demand for each product several months in advance. Every season certain products sell through faster than anticipated, but mainly weather related items. In some cases it may take a while to re-stock, for which we apoloise for any inconvenience and disappointment.
I forgot to include something in my order placed earlier today, can I add to it?
You can add to your order by telephoning us but if it has left (we like to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt) you may incur a further carriage charge.
I think I am between sizes. Which should I go for?
This really depends on the individual item as some are designed to be more generous or fitted than others, but as a rule pick the larger of the two alternatives for comfort. If in doubt please ring and we will be happy to help and provide you with additional information and measurements. Incidentally our sizing is on a par with the leading high street brand.
Remember, our shoes offer a half size width adjustment and compensate for feet of varying sizes.
Can I have free postage on my order?
We all like free postage and we do offer it as a promotion from time to time. If we did it all the time the cost would have to be absorbed somewhere else, mostly probably in the product itself which wouldn't be popular either!

If you order multiple items on one order but we have to supply separately due to stock delay, you will only incur one postage charge.
How do I pay?
We accept most major credit and debit cards:- Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
If ordering through the website, payments are securely authorised through Barclays Merchant Services and your card details remain undisclosed. This is the safest method of payment, however we can process payment over the telephone using the same cards but we will need the 3 digit security code on the signature strip.
If you wish to pay by cheque (made payable to Emsmorn Ltd) write your card details and expiry date on the reverse side with your address. Delays in processing the order will occur if the full details are missing.
